2019 Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival

As anyone will tell you, tacos are among the most beloved foods and surely deserve high celebration. The inaugural Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival was so successful that we decided to spread the love to two days!

Tickets will start at $25 for general admission and $35 for VIP. Each ticket level will come with both food and margarita tickets to be used at any of our food or drink vendors.

When should I arrive?

General Admission ticket holders will be granted admission starting at 7:00pm.

6pm admission is available to VIP ticket holders.

Please expect long lines! In order to provide a safe and legal event, IDs have to be checked, bags have to be searched and tickets have to be scanned. All this takes time!

Where is the Festival?

The Pavilion at Pan Am Plaza
201 S. Capitol Avenue
Indianapolis, IN 46225

GA Festival entrance will be located on north end of Pan Am Plaza off of Georgia Street. VIP Entrance will be located on East end of Pan Am Plaza off of Illinois Street!

When do I get my food and drink tickets?

Guests will receive their taco and margarita tickets at check-in.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

We are unable to do upgrades for this event, but additional tickets for food and margarita samples will be available for sale on-site.

What comes with my ticket?

General admission tickets include 4 taco tickets and 3 margaritas sample tickets. VIP tickets include 5 Taco Tickets and 4 margarita sample tickets. There will be a variety of different tacos, margaritas and other options to choose from.

Attendees can purchase additional food and margarita tickets at the event’s ticket booth.

How much are additional taco and drink tickets?

Additional taco tickets are $3.00 a ticket and margarita sample tickets are $2.00 donation to the Lintner Foundation.

Can I bring in a backpack?

The Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas security staff will be checking bags at the gates, and there are restrictions to which type of bag you can bring into the venue. No backpacks, CamelBaks, or other large bags are allowed.

Can I leave the festival and come back?

Once you enter Tacos, Tequila and Margarita Festival, you are not allowed to leave and re-enter. Make sure you have everything you need before going in because you don’t want to get inside and realize you forgot something important.

How can I be a part of the Taco Eating Contest?

We will have a sign up sheet on site for the Taco Eating contact from 6pm – 830pm. 8 contestants will be selected by 8:45pm to participate in the 9pm contest.

Can I bring a to-go container?

No, all food must be eaten on site.

Will there be any vegetarian/vegan options?

Most likely not, sorry! The Tacos, Tequila, and Margarita festival has given its vendors free-reign on their menu choices and the menu choices are turned in the day of the event, so we cannot guarantee those options.

Are pets allowed?

No, health codes prohibit any pets at the event.

Are children allowed at this event?

All attendees of must be at least 21 years old. IDs will be checked upon entrance at the gate where tickets are scanned.

Do you just take cash only?

No, credit cards will be accepted at both the ticket booth and bars. There will be an ATM on site for those that want to use cash.

Where do I park?

We encourage everyone to save on parking and catch a LYFT! Use LYFT code TACOSINDY19 to recieve 20% off your Lyft Ride to and from the Pavilion for tonights show! (Subject to LYFT terms)

Parking is available on city streets and inside city parking structures as well.

Pan Am Plaza Garage

Pan Am Garage is attached to the venue and allows overnight parking. Commercial / Public parking garage. Closest covered parking to Lucas Oil Stadium at 201 S. Capitol Ave. The Indiana Convention Center located just across the street. Omni Severin and Crown Plaza Hotels are just steps away.

Circle Centre Mall Parking

Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis has three parking garages. The closest Mall garage is located on Georgia Street and Illinois Street. The garages accept all major credit cards.

Is the festival handicap accessible?

The festival is handicap accessible. There are numerous parking lots and ramps surrounding the festival, that have the typical handicap spots.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for tickets bought to the Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival.

Tickets are transferable though, and we’re sure your friends or family would love to take them off your hands

What Can I bring in to Taco, Tequila and Margaritas Festival?

• Infants or toddlers (or anyone else under 21 years old) are not allowed in to the festival

• Outside food or drink (exception for documented medical needs – must have a doctor’s note with matching ID)
• Cans, coolers, bottles, glass containers, backpacks
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Professional photo/video cameras
• Audio recording devices
• Skateboards, motorized vehicles, bicycles
• Large chains, spiked jewelry, chain wallets
• Drones
• CamelBaks
• Lawn Chairs
• Weapons or firearms
• Fireworks or explosives
• Pocket knives
• Laser pointers
• Chalk, markers, sharpies
• Stickers, flyers, solicitations
• Pets (guide/service dogs OK)
• Cleated shoes

The Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Event Terms:

• By entering the event grounds, you expressly assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards, which include, but are not limited to, property damage arising from or related in any way to the Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event
• Attendees and belongings are subject to search
• By entering the event grounds, you willingly give your permission for the Tacos, Tequila and Margaritas Festival to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media / marketing
• Moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving are prohibited
• Nudity and or exposed body parts is prohibited
